Why does the College have a shop?
The College has always had a shop for members to purchase items. During the pandemic this service was stopped and unfortunately several vendors we previously used are no longer in business. To continue this service for our members, we have overhauled the shop. We have kept many of the items that we had previously, other items have been updated to the correct branding and we have introduced new items based on member requests and feedback.
Can I purchase items if I am in the College?
No, as everything will be stored offsite, and members will need to order via the Shop webpage. The display cabinet in the Fellows and Members room on Floor 2 will have samples of some of the items that are for sale if you wish to see what they look like before purchasing.
What delivery options do you have?
Standard delivery (up to 1kg) £3.50
Next Day Delivery (up to 10kg) £7.50
Overseas - Pricing is dependent on the Country where the order is going, plus the size and shape of the parcel.
Some items are not available immediately and produced by the supplier upon the order being placed, which will mean the delivery time will be longer than expected. Please see details on the relevant item page for production and delivery time. Where possible, we will keep you up to date with any changes to the proposed delivery time.
An item I want is not in stock
Please email membership@rcoa.ac.uk and we will see if we can get the item back in stock or suggest an alternative.
You do not stock the item I want.
We engaged the Membership Engagement Panel for ideas on what we would sell in the shop. Sadly, we couldnt stock every item suggested but we have gone with the most popular items requested. However, if you have a suggestion for an item you would like to see sold, please forward your request to membership@rcoa.ac.uk
My item arrived damaged
Please email hello@synergy-group.uk to arrange a replacement of the item. Please include your name and order number in the email.
I no longer want my order.
All sales are final so please ensure you are happy to go ahead with your order before paying for it.
Lanyards
Why am I being charged?
Seasonal lanyards are produced in limited edition batches and sold on a first come first serve basis.
Standard Blue RCoA Lanyards are still available without charge – limited to 1 per member.
Other coloured lanyards are available for a minimal fee.
